Office of the Public Guardian Court Fee £92 for each LPA.

Medium Complexity Estate
Suitable where:
- ✅There is a valid Will or Intestacy.
- ✅The estate is valued at more than £325,000.
- ✅Inheritance tax relief needs to be claimed.
- ✅HMRC reporting is required for Inheritance tax purposes.
Typical Fees £5,000 – £8,000 plus VAT
Complex Estates
Suitable where:
- ✅Inheritance tax is payable.
- ✅The estate contains complex assets such as business or foreign assets.
- Typical Fees from £10,000 plus VAT.
Additional Costs
Identity verification check £25 plus VAT for each client.
Probate Court Fee £526.
Additional copies of Grant of Probate £2.
Bankruptcy search £6.45 for each beneficiary.
H M Land Registry Fee for copy deeds and title plan £14.90.
Bank Transfer Fee (BACS) £11 plus VAT for each payment.
Trustee Act Notices typically £200-£300 plus VAT .
